I love programming, and especially learning new languages, only problem is that I am so strapped for time these days that it’s almost impossible to find the time to actually tinker with lots of different languages. So I thought id list a few languages I think I pretty interesting, but will never really get around to learning… Perhaps others who do have time will find them interesting and tinker with them.

1. Processing; “An open source programming language and environment for people who want to program images, animation, and interactions”.
2. Haxe; Open source multi-platform programming language, that supports php, javascript, flash/as3, and more!
3. Lolcode; It’s a bit hard to explain… Just go to the website.
4. Python; A really popular scripting language, used a lot when dealing with embedding.
5. XAML (Silverlight); Microsoft’s Markup language for creating UI’s for Silveright applications.

Yeah isn’t it always funny how you tell yourself that you will do something and you never end up doing it Well thats how I feel about these languages, I always start tinkering and never fully get down and dirty with any of them. Mainly probably because I don’t need to, but still… It would be nice.

I finally bought my ticket for the Flash Game Summit and I must say I am really excited to go!  I looked up the Schedule they have planned and well there is going to be some really exciting speakers talking at the event!  For those of you who are not aware of what the Flash Game Summit is, think of it as like, uhm…  The GDC of Flash games   At least that is the way I think of.  Anyways, this should be really fun, I will defiently be twittering about  it and taking pictures when I go   To bad it is only one day.
